DSCR Requirements: Existing DSCRs below 1.0x are acceptable
Interest Rates: Floating rates typically in the 6% to 8% range
Loan Fees: Typically 1% of the loan amount
Prepayment Flexibility: Flexible and structured to meet the needs of each deal
Amortization: Interest only
