Prior to joining Mesa West, Mr. Krauch lead the acquisition efforts for Somera Capital Management, a value oriented real estate private equity firm. Prior to Somera, Mr. Krauch served as a consultant for one of the Big Five consulting firms. He has a BA from Dartmouth College, is an active member of ULI, ICSC, and PREA, and speaks regularly at a variety of industry forums.
