Prior to joining Mesa West, Mr. Cleys worked with Combined Properties where he oversaw the development of retail and mixed-use projects. He began his real estate career at Lowe Enterprises working in both commercial development and asset management groups handling residential, office, retail and industrial properties. Additional real estate experience includes working at Glendale Federal Bank, where he managed a portfolio of troubled real estate loans and Haverford Realty Capital, where he underwrote and asset managed a $500 million portfolio of mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments.
